Route: Bangalore – Mandya – Mysore – Gundlupet – Bandipur –  Masinagudi – Ooty.
Bangalore to Ooty distance is 277 Km

                                      The park is located on the Mysore – Ooty highways.
                              Bangalore and Bandipur national park – 220 km

                                                        Monday to Sunday
                                                        6:30 am - 6:00 pm

The bus safari is available between 6:30 am and 9:00 am and between 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Elephant safari will be available between 10 am and 11 am.

Jeep safari is available from 6:00 am to 9:00am and from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
October to May is the right time to visit the park.
